Parents, when using the website to print the "August 2011 Registration Packet", please be sure to make a copy of the Drug Policy, Drug Test Consent Form, and the TYHA Release of Liability Form.  The Drug Policy is for you to read and the Drug Test Consent Form & TYHA Release of Libility Form MUST be turned in as part of the registration packet.
